Sam leads the Client Services Team and is responsible for coordinating the whole of organisation training, administration and business systems and processes that support compliance as a Registered Training Organisation (RTO).

Sam also oversees and leads the RTO quality improvement and compliance components of the accredited units of training; as well as the quality, evaluation and reporting requirements for all non-accredited training.
