As the Workplace Partnerships and Lived Experience Officer, Julia assists with project logistics and materials, managing client communications and coordinating external Lived Experience engagements.
Julia joined Safe and Equal in 2023 in the Client and Training Services Support role, before moving into the Workplace Partnerships position in February 2025.
Julia previously worked in customer support in both the education and not-for-profit sector.
I believe everyone deserves the right to feel safe and respected no matter their gender or circumstance in life. It fills me with immense pride knowing that we are working towards this and making a real difference to people’s lives.
