Executive Director, Response, Policy and Evidence
Jelena leads the Sector Development Unit in the development of innovative state-wide workforce capability policy solutions, and oversees the design of Safe and Equal’s workforce strategy.
Executive Director, Prevention, Advocacy and Social Change
Marina oversees communications, media and prevention activity for Safe and Equal.

Leadership Program Manager
Emma leads Safe and Equal’s executive and senior leadership portfolio, designing new initiatives and systems that strengthen leadership capability across the family violence ad intersecting sectors.
Instructional Designer
Drawing on adult learning principles, Ashley maintains, enhances and develops rich and engaging learning programs and designs interactive, social and collaborative online activities.
Manager, Statewide Coordination
Lisa supports the strategic objectives of a team who engage with external stakeholders to embed reforms and build capability across member agencies and other community organisations.
Manager, Workforce Policy and Practice
Ellen supports the implementation of state-wide practice frameworks and building the capacity of the specialist family violence workforce.
Practice Development Advisor
Liz supports the implementation of practice frameworks and capacity building within the specialist family violence sector.
Data Analyst
Jacqui collects and analyses data from various sources to provide meaningful insights that support the family violence sector to advocate for increased resources, improved data systems and a stronger, more sustainable workforce.
Policy Manager
Kate is responsible for the day-to-day management and coordination of the Policy Team, as well as supporting policy and advocacy activity across the organisation.
Policy and Advocacy Advisor
Amy supports Safe and Equal’s policy and advocacy work by developing policy positions and submissions, monitoring emerging issues and contributing to advocacy strategies.

Prevention Project and Partnership Manager
Meghan leads a team of Prevention Advisors working on prevention policy, partnerships, evaluation and sector development, including the Partners in Prevention Network.
Prevention Practice Development Advisor
Naomi leads the management of and facilitates a range of primary prevention development activities, including Safe and Equal’s suite of Prevention Communities of Practice.
Prevention Program and Campaign Advisor
As Prevention Program and Campaign Advisor, Hannah supports the delivery and implementation of programs and campaigns related to prevention sector development.
Prevention Program Officer
As Prevention Program Officer, Lina supports the delivery and implementation of all programs related to prevention sector development.
Prevention Practice and Workforce Development Manager
Amelia manages primary prevention practice and workforce development, overseeing a suite of capability development offerings.
Prevention Campaign Advisor
Lee leads a program of work focused on supporting prevention campaigns and organisations provided with small funding through the 16 Days of Activism Grassroots Initiative, to deliver local prevention campaign activities during the 16 Days of Activism.
Prevention Workforce Development Advisor
In her role as Workforce Development and Training Advisor, Erica leads the strategy, design and development of primary prevention training packages and workshops.
Prevention Workforce Development Officer
Jaspreet empowers prevention practitioners through impactful training and resource development. She provides project support, contributes to monitoring and evaluation, and fosters online collaboration, strengthening community prevention efforts.
Prevention Practice Advisor, Connecting Communities
Lucy supports the delivery of capacity building for organisations delivering primary prevention with multicultural and faith-based communities, in partnership with the Multicultural Centre for Women’s Health.
Communications Manager
As Communications Manager, Steph leads the design, development and implementation of Safe and Equal’s communications activity.
Media and Communications Advisor
Melanie plans and coordinates Safe and Equal’s media and communications activities, and leads the day-to-day coordination and support for media engagement.
Marketing and Communications Officer
Madeline coordinates marketing, communications and engagement activities to support Safe and Equal’s strategic priorities and communications objectives.

Tyra provides operational and administrative support to the organisation and its implementation of capacity building activities.
Strategic Projects and Engagement Advisor (Access and Inclusion)
Pauline’s work focuses on capacity building and supporting and enabling accessible, inclusive, and equitable specialist family violence responses and ways of working.
Finance Manager
As Finance Manager, Julie is responsible for the oversight, management and consolidation of Safe and Equal’s financial systems, processes and infrastructure.
Business Partnerships Manager
As Business Partnerships Manager, Hayley leads the engagement with private sector businesses to improve their processes, procedures and supports for customers and employees experiencing family violence, as well as the employees who support them.
Workplace Partnerships and Lived Experience Officer
Julia assists with project logistics and materials, managing client communications and coordinating external Lived Experience engagements.
Business Partnerships and Engagement Advisor
Robyn coordinates the development and delivery of tailored professional development and capability building products and services.
Manager, Organisational Development and Governance
As well as managing the governance activities for the organisation, Meg is responsible for driving the organisational development workplan for Safe and Equal.
Workplace Partnerships and Engagement Advisor
Claire coordinates the development and delivery of tailored professional development and capability building products and services with a particular focus on private sector settings and workplaces.
Operations Lead – Client and Training Services
Sara supports the implementation and delivery of organisation-wide capacity building activities.
