Designed by experienced practitioners, all the Fast Track programs incorporate the values of intersectional feminism that are the foundation of family violence and primary prevention work. Each program is delivered using a range of methods, designed to work together to reinforce your learning experience.
Our original programs, Fast Track Prevention and Fast Track Response, focus on transforming your practice experience into leadership capability. Over 10 weeks you will sharpen your leadership lens to think critically about topics such as intersectionality, partnerships, advocacy. You will walk away with the tools and confidence to influence and implement best practice in your professional setting.
Our new program, Fast Track Leadership Foundations, focuses on different topics centered around the relational aspects of leadership. Over 5 weeks you will reflect on the values and strengths you bring to leadership, explore tools to build and manage effective teams, and consider your leadership role in a whole of organisation context. Fast Track Foundations will develop your confidence to lean into your leadership style to execute strategies and excel in your role.
