Canvas incident (updated 5 May 2026)
Safe and Equal has been notified of a cyber incident impacting the Canvas learning management system. Canvas is used by many training providers around the world, including Safe and Equal, and anyone who has completed training with us previously is likely to have used Canvas.
The only data that Safe and Equal stores in Canvas is participant names and email addresses. We are waiting for Canvas to confirm if Safe and Equal data has been involved in this incident.
Canvas is operating as normal and we will provide further information on this page if there are any impacts to our training participants.
