Learning Outcomes:
- Develop an awareness of comprehensive responsibilities under MARAM
- Engage effectively with those accessing services from diverse communities to enable specialist response and implementation of the MARAM Framework
- Identify and assess family violence risk utilising the MARAM Framework
- Manage risk and prioritise the safety of victim survivors (including child victim survivors) including high risk and complex needs of family violence utilising the MARAM Framework
- Lead collaborative, coordinated multi-agency risk management plans utilising the MARAM Framework
- Apply an intersectional analysis to an assessment of family violence risk
- Provide effective services informed by the MARAM Framework
- Develop specialist knowledge of key legislation, policy, practice and theory informing the MARAM Framework
To participate in this virtual course you will need:
- Access to a laptop or desktop computer with headphones/speakers and ideally with a camera.
- Reliable internet connection.
- Zoom downloaded onto your computer, you can download here.
- Google Chrome as your web browser, or Safari for MAC users.
- Access to your email - you will receive an email invitation to Canvas, the training platform used to deliver the training.
- Headphones/headset/speakers so that you can hear the presentation.

Who is this for?
This two-day training focuses on working with victim survivors. This training is for professionals who work in a specialist capacity across the integrated service system. This training is suitable for new family violence specialists and/or those who have not previously completed specialist CRAF training.

Details
- You must attend all four sessions in full, in the correct sequential order to receive a certificate.
- We will only issue certificates to participants who have attended all of the training sessions in full.
- Please be careful to select a course in which you are able to attend all four sessions. If you do not attend the full training, you will need to contact training@safeandequal.org.au
- You may be asked to re-attend one or more sessions if you do not complete the training in full.
