As well as managing the governance activities for the organisation, Meg is responsible for driving the organisational development workplan for Safe and Equal. She leads the whole of organisation projects to improve, and build capacity in, the areas of membership, access and inclusion, policy and procedural development and impact measurement. 

Meg holds a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Political Science. Prior to her current role, she has held other positions at Safe and Equal including Operations Lead of Organisational Development and Governance, and Governance and Membership Officer. 

Everyone deserves to be safe from violence and abuse. I'm very proud to work for an intersectional feminist organisation and alongside the amazing Safe and Equal staff and Board, with a shared commitment to ending family and gender-based violence and being strong advocates for all victim survivors.
