Esther supports the implementation of the Family Violence and Sexual Assault Traineeship (FVSAT) Program, by supporting the program across the state. The FVSAT Program builds pathway opportunities for upskilling and capacity building across the Family Violence and Sexual Assault sectors.
In previous roles, Esther has worked at a number of intersectional feminist organisations and initiatives, including the International Women’s Development Agency and the University of Melbourne’s Pathways to Politics for Women.
It’s a human right to live in a world of safety and equality. As a passionate feminist I am committed to ending Family Violence. Working in an organisation centred on the voices of victim survivors and driven by Victoria’s specialist family violence services is both heartening and motivating in the process of driving lasting and meaningful change.
